At The Zenith, the terrace garden was designed as a dynamic rooftop landscape that supports wellness, play, and community living. We carefully zoned the space yoga and open gym areas for daily fitness, a safe and engaging play space for children, and a shaded, restful zone for senior citizens.

To foster interaction, we included a party deck and community hall, while a quiet stargazing corner reconnects residents with the sky. Native planting and climate-sensitive materials ensure the space remains low-maintenance, functional, and inviting year-round.
